
We are pleased to spotlight yet another outstanding contribution from the students of Cornerstone University and Theological Seminary. Their recent research publication, titled “The Impact of Internal Control Systems on Organizational Performance: A Case Study of Buea Police Cooperative Credit Union Limited (BuPCCUL)”, marks the fourth publication to emerge from our academic community and showcases the growing culture of scholarly excellence within the university.
This paper, now published in the International Journal of Research and Scientific Innovation (IJRSI), represents a meaningful investigation into the critical role internal control systems play in enhancing organizational effectiveness.
